Cooking Class "Bring the Kids"

Mike will explain, demonstrate, and give everyone a hands-on opportunity to learn how to make Pate a Choux, one of the fundamental French pastry preparations used to make cream puffs, eclairs, and profiteroles.
This is fun for kids especially, because the ingredients and techniques are very straightforward and can be used to make treats for friends and classmates.
The class will take an hour, and everyone should come in clothes they can mess up!
