Let's Cook Fish!

Demonstration class featuring broiling, poaching, pan-steaming, grilling and sauteing a variety of fish and shellfish. Discussion will include how to determine quality and freshness of fish, basic preparation, cooking techinques, and valuable tips to make sure you're cooking safely and efficiently.
Participants will be able to get hands-on experience if they desire, and there with be a Q&A and sampling following the class. Complementary wines will be provided to those who wish to taste with the dishes.
